Our Lodge has never been large in numbers, rarely over 26 members in its 60+ year history. Due to its origins in London our older members are spread around the south of England. Latterly our initiates have come from the local area and there is a growing trend for members to be living and working in and around Farnborough.
The last few years have been good to the Lodge and we’ve attracted a lot of new members, the majority of whom are under 45 years of age. Our average age is much younger than the norm, hovering around 50yrs, with our youngest member in his early 30s and our oldest in his 80s. Your age and profession are no barriers to joining us, providing you can meet the basic entry requirements and the financial commitments.
With the growing number of members that live locally we’re seeing a resurgence in our ad-hoc social activities too. Quite often we’ll meet with our partners and friends at a local restaurant, or one of our members will organise other social activities such as canal boat trips, or visits to London. We think it’s important our partners and families are involved in what we do.
If you fancy joining a vibrant Lodge with likeminded individuals, men who are interested in you as a person rather than what you can do for them, and you meet the basic requirements please do get in touch using the form below. We’d love to hear from you, and who knows, pretty soon you could be enjoying our lodge, our company and your freemasonry. It’s a myth that you need to wait to be asked, the onus is on you so drop us a line, it might be the best thing you’ve ever done.
